Day 3️⃣: The Antidote to Fear and Worry

👉 Did you know? Gratitude is the antidote to fear and thankfulness is the cure for worry!
It’s human nature to focus on what’s NOT WORKING rather than to embrace all that is! 🤦‍♀️
No matter how good – or bad – your life looks at this very moment,
there really is so much (and so many people) you can be thankful for. 🙏🙏🙏
💓 And gratitude begets gratitude.
The more good things you see,
the more good things you see.
Reflecting on your blessings instead of your burdens
alters your neuro- chemistry, which in turn elevates your mood!
Actively seeking out things you can appreciate in your life
will create stronger neural pathways around gratefulness.
The more appreciative you become,
the more there will be no space for discouragement and negativity.

and the farmer who raised the crops that you and your family will eat.
Run this strategy across all areas of your daily experiences and soon
your entire life will be one giant immersive experience in granular gratefulness.

Day 4: It’s Good to Feel Good

Sometimes we have one of those low-energy days and you feel like you can’t move out of your chair or get off the couch…��
GET UP AND MOVE for a few minutes. Put on your favorite music …. and get busy! ��
Dance, walk, tackle a couple of chores… just do something.��Even though it may feel like the LAST thing you want to do at the moment, you’ll probably start to feel better right away!
By focusing on the goal as “movement” rather than “working out,” you can find ways to incorporate motion into your daily life in a way that feels good.
So today instead of sitting down when you are tired, try to move your body for at least 15 minutes. Here are some ideas:
1. Dance💃
2. Walk around the block🏃‍♀️
3. Garden🪴
4. Stretch🧘
5. Take a class with a friend🤼‍♂️
6. Do an actual body weight workout (squats, pushups, jumping jacks) 🏋️‍♀️

Day 5️⃣ Clear Away the Blues!

👉Anxiety and Depression are at an all time high.
There’s a lot of HEAVY happening and sometimes
that can cause extreme undue stress in the body.
Today is about helping you know YOU MATTER!
As shared in the video Meaning and Purpose can help the blues fade away.
Can you think of a time, just one time, that you felt a sense of purpose.
Maybe as you got lost in an art project, writing a story, caring for your children, serving others, challenging yourself psychically.
Today is about bringing that same feeling back into your body.
Pull out those paints, grab that pen and paper,
call that friend for coffee or whatever the “thing” is that came to mind for you.
Go ahead and get lost in that thing. 5 minutes, 20 minutes, all day llama.
It’s up to you how much time you take.

🙌 By simply shifting your focus to others, you can begin to feel the inner struggle and turmoil leaving.
🤝 “Giving and being generous activates the ‘reward centers’ in the brain—the same areas that light up when we experience pleasurable things, like a good meal.
👉 Studies have also found that when we give back, the neural pathways that underlie caregiving are activated, showing a similar pattern as when a parent is caring for their child.”

Day 7️⃣ Declutter & Feel Accomplished 

Today is all about decluttering your area & your brain!
Where is one area of your life that you can make a declutter change today?
💻Maybe it’s your workplace schedule? Can you check off your to do list and move through your day by feeling more accomplished?
👗👙Or what about finding one thing in your closet that you don’t wear or organize one drawer. Just start with one thing and you will feel the results.
🧠DID YOU KNOW THAT WHEN YOU DECLUTTER IT CAN LOWER STRESS AND A GIVE YOU A MORE PEACEFUL MIND?
👉🏻A recent study from UCLA’s Center on Everyday Lives and Families (CELF) found that clutter has a deep-seated effect on our mood and self-esteem.
Notably, anthropologists, social scientists, and archaeologists found “A link between high cortisol (stress hormone) levels in female homeowners and a high density of household objects.” Men didn’t seem to be bothered by this at all. Women were found to become more anxious as the dishes piled up in the sink. The research suggests that through decluttering we can reduce stress, become less anxious, and ultimately be more at peace.
⚖️NEED MORE REASONS TO DECLUTTER?
💥DECLUTTER FOR INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY
Clutter has a profound impact on our brains. In a study conducted by Neuroscientists at Princeton University, researchers explain that the reasoning for this is that physical clutter in our environment competes for our attention, which negatively affects performance and induces stress.
By decluttering, there is less vying for our attention, our information processing is improved and we can focus better. Naturally, what follows is improved productivity.
💥DECLUTTER FOR IMPROVED SLEEP
👉🏻A recent study conducted by Pamela Thacher of St. Lawrence University suggests that clutter and sleep loss are linked. More specifically, a link was found between hoarding objects and bad sleep quality. The study asked participants about their hoarding, sleeping, and clutter and rated them on a “Clutter and Hoarding Rating Scale”. Of the 198 participants, 83 who were at risk of hoarding disorder suffered from sleep latency.
Hoarding disorder is a disorder where people accumulate items, that they struggle to get rid of, which have little or no value to them. Sleep latency is the length of time it takes from lying down to sleep until sleep onset.
Pamela Thacher mentions that hoarders already have problems with decision making and cognitive control (set of cognitive processes such as reasoning, problem-solving, etc). Lack of sleep is known to compromise cognition. It then follows that any existing risk for cognitive dysfunction, depression, and stress may increase with lack of sleep.
💥DECLUTTER FOR AN IMPROVED LIFE
There is a host of problems associated with clutter, from increased stress levels to other psychological effects. Decluttering can be a chore, particularly as we often ascribe value to things based on associated memories. However, if we declutter what follows is a host of benefits, from greater well-being, improved productivity, reduced stress, and a peaceful mind. Ultimately, we improve our lives.

Day 🔟 : Self Love Spa Day right at Home 

In order to fully love others, first we must love ourselves.❤️
🫶Today is all about YOU! Yes YOU! Today you are to be selfish. You are to recharge, reboot, and pamper yourself. By filling your cup you will be able to fully give to others in your life.
This is a practice you must learn to implement on a regular basis.
How often do you allow yourself the luxury of self care?
I have a secret. YOU ARE WORTH IT & YOU DESERVE IT!!!!
🏠There are so many things you can do right in the comfort of your own home that allow yourself to feel as though you’re at a SPA.
👉🏻The music you select.
👉🏻The lighting in your home.
👉🏻The comfort of your clothing.
👉🏻The choice of your meals.
👉🏻The diffuser blend you select.
👉🏻The Hot Bath with Epsom salt and Lavender or the
Steaming Shower with Raven.
👉🏻The Self Massage.
👉🏻The Facial and/or y mani-pedi you give yourself.

🔀Did you know that if your digestive system gets “blocked” and things don’t flow as they should, your cells lose their capacity to function fully?
😶‍🌫️You could feel tired and sluggish, experience brain fog, see changes in the skin, and even develop symptoms of illness. ☎️Clearly, it’s important that we support this system as it communicates to EVERY cell in our bodies.
One main cause of digestive dysfunction is poor diet. Foods with added sugars, refined oils and grains, processed food, fast food, fried food, synthetic food additives, and even conventional dairy products have the potential to disrupt the digestive process.
